Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking at least 1–2 days ahead, especially in high season (Nov–Feb), since group sizes are kept small to reduce stress on the elephants.
Is there an age or fitness requirement?
All ages are welcome. The Half-Day and Full-Day programs involve some walking on uneven ground and wading in the river, so basic mobility helps, but there's no strenuous hiking involved.
Do you offer pickup from Chiang Mai city?
Yes, round-trip transportation is included for Half-Day and Full-Day programs with a minimum of 2 people. An additional fee may apply if your accommodation is far from the Old City.
What should I bring on the day?
A hat, sunscreen, a towel, a change of clothes, and shoes you don't mind getting wet or muddy. We provide a dry bag for your belongings during river activities.
Will I get a booking confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation within minutes of booking. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your activity date (Chiang Mai local time). Message us via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email to request a cancellation.
Can I change my booking date or program?
Yes, changes are allowed up until 24 hours before your activity starts. Just message us via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email with your booking details and the change you'd like to make.
