What You'll Do
For busy travelers who want to spend an energetic morning with our 16 elephants in our luscious valley of Mae Taeng. From meeting and feeding our playful baby elephants and their mothers to watching them play in the mud and river, come get a glimpse of what Thai elephants are like.
- 8:30 AM
Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai city
- 10:00 AM
Arrive at the sanctuary and prepare a quick brunch of fruits for the elephants
- 10:30 AM
Make a healthy vitamin ball to help keep the elephants healthy
- 11:00 AM
Feed the elephants before setting off on the hike
- 11:30 AM
Hike and walk with the elephants around the camp
- 11:40 AM
Observe elephant bathing
- 12:30 PM
Enjoy a traditional Thai lunch and fresh fruits
- 1:40 PM
Bamboo rafting, a distance of 3 kilometers, will be slow or fast depending on the weather conditions. Overall, it takes 40-60 minutes.

Relax and unwind with a beautiful natural waterfall
- 5:30 PM
Drop-off back at your hotel in Chiang Mai city
Transportation
Round-trip transportation requires a minimum of 2 people; pick-up time will vary depending on your location. Additional cost may apply if your pick-up is far from the old city.
